Remote Support Engineer

Newly created Remote Support Engineer role that will play a critical part in delivering advanced technical support for the company's laboratory analysers. This exceptional client is looking for someone with well honed interpersonal skills as well as strong technical knowledge. As a minimum you will have C&G/BTEC Level 3 or equivalent in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar. You will have already spent some time in a tech support or FSE role and are looking to bring that in-house.

You will have a fine knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, IT troubleshooting and remote diagnostic tools. If you are also familiar with lab/pathology analysers, that would be an advantage.

This position is well suited to an engineer who enjoys problem solving, communication clearly and working in a fast paced environment where reliability directly impacts patient care. My client is an inclusive employer and welcomes applications from ex-Services personnel.
