Regional Sales Manager/BDM (HVAC)

Pay: £40,000 – £55,000 (OTE £60,000). Includes remote work, training, commission, company vehicle and benefits.

We are a well-established company with over 30 years of experience in the ventilation industry. We work on a wide variety of projects, from private homes to large commercial buildings, specialising in modern ventilation systems such as MVHR and PIV.

As a regional sales manager/BDM, you will identify and proactively secure new clients, manage existing relationships, attend industry events, and work with building consultants throughout the North of England. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our product range, provide technical guidance and demonstrations, and stay current with emerging technologies and market trends.

• Ventilation sales across residential and industrial sectors
• Full training on specialist systems including MVHR and PIV
• Client visits, relationship management, and technical demonstrations
• Monday to Friday, remote role with travel throughout the North of England

• Regional sales manager with a background in HVAC or similar
• Full UK driving licence
