Senior Yield Engineer

To support the cloud-based tool for automated data loading and data mining of front-end and back-end test data to improve yield and quality.

• Key technical resources driving yield analysis and improvement activities using automated yield tools.
• To monitor, analyze, and resolve all data-loading errors and yield data discrepancies.
• Support and maintain yield tools such as PDF/Spotfire/GYM.
• Support new tool features, UAT cycles, bug tracking, and enhancements.
• Custom scripting.
• Coordinate with global Product Engineering, Test, Operations and Quality teams to provide key analysis and data-driven recommendations that improve product cost and performance.

• Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong interest in programming
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge in the following areas:
  • Spotfire template development
  • SQL programming
  • Python programming
• Knowledge of semiconductor test flow (CP/WS/FT) is an advantage.
