Senior RF Engineer – 12 Month Contract

We are working with a global R&D engineering business that designs and develops a wide range of innovative products across multiple industry sectors. They are seeking an experienced Senior RF Engineer to join them on a 12-month contract
, supporting the creation of a new RF function within the organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to take technical ownership, influence engineering direction, and work on diverse, cutting‑edge R&D projects.

The Role

You will lead RF design and development activities while helping define tools, processes, and best practices for RF engineering across the business. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, you will support projects from concept through to verification and production readiness.

The role is based onsite in Norwich four days per week
, with one day per week working from home
