What You'll Be Doing- Manage costs and income across your area of responsibility.
- Support with measuring, recording and valuing work in line with rules and procedures.
- Prepare cost reconciliation statements and assist with financial reporting.
- Engage with and manage our supply chain.
- Support procurement activities and document control.
- Use Balfour Beatty’s ERP and digital systems to track, analyse and present commercial data.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, supply chain partners and clients to ensure projects meet commercial, legal and quality standards.
- A BSc in Quantity Surveying (or working towards one).
- A valid CSCS card (Academically Qualified).
- A strong interest in achieving professional membership with RICS, ICES or CIOB.
- Good communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
