Field Specialist - Riding Mowers; Remote Minneapolis Area

• Provide customer support for riding mower programs across a large territory
• Diagnose and repair TTI riding mowers in the field
• Recruit and train new service centers for riding mower repair programs
• Maintain communication with all TTI parties and provide phone support as needed
• Prepare performance reports and collaborate with engineering on current issues

• Must be mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn through training
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to satisfy consumers and end-users with minimal guidance
• Empathy and the ability to relate to customers effectively

• Prior experience in presenting and/or training within a technical field
