Health and Safety Advisor (Full-time, Permanent)

£45,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + 33 days annual leave + Healthcare + Package

Field based (3 days p/w) & home / office (2 days p/w)

Search is delighted to be representing a leading national engineering and construction services organisation, seeking a health and safety advisor to support live projects and client sites across the East of England. What you will be doing

Providing competent, practical HSE advice across live client sites and projects
Conducting site inspections, audits and compliance assessments.
Advising on health and safety legislation within construction and engineering environments, including CDM-heavy projects
Supporting operational teams and clients through effective stakeholder and relationship management
Contributing to the continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental standards across the region
Operating within live environments where professionalism, judgement and credibility are critical

What you will need

NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
Full UK Driving License
Experience with in an industry that shares a transferable risk profile
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously within a delivery-focused, high-standard organisation
Willingness to travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays
