A leading training academy is seeking Technical Trainers to deliver bespoke training for rolling stock technicians. The role is home-based, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance. Candidates need a Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering and a passion for developing the next generation of engineers. Experience in the rolling stock industry is preferred. Salary ranges from £38,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
