Job DescriptionBased in Bentonville, Arkansas, you will support refrigeration and controls systems for food retail and commercial environments. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and optimization of refrigeration and control systems.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams seeking technical assistance with refrigeration and control systems.
- Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving compressors, valves, controls, and refrigerant circuits.
- Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to solve complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
- Generate performance reports and recommend system improvements.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
- Conduct training sessions and develop instructional resources for technicians and clients.
Standard business hours with a rotating on‑call schedule.
LocationFully onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas. Not eligible for hybrid or remote work.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills- At least 2 years in BAS, BMS, or facility controls systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in electrical or controls systems.
- Effective collaboration with customers, technicians, and engineers.
- Availability to participate in a weekly on‑call rotation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided).
- Experience with food retail case controllers.
- Previous field or contractor installation experience.
- Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting electrical prints and communication systems.
