• Develop detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish work breakdown structures (WBS) and define project milestones.
• Track and update progress against the baseline schedule.
• Identify critical path activities and analyze schedule delays.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate inputs into the master schedule.
• Attend project meetings and provide scheduling updates.
• Generate periodic progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Highlight deviations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Work with project managers and department heads to forecast labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Analyze potential risks and their impact on the schedule.
• Update schedules to reflect changes in scope or strategy.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, industry standards, and company procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience with project planning/scheduling specifically for studies and project execution within EPCM or large projects, ideally within the mining, minerals and engineering industry.
• Experience with large‑scale, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is must.
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), CPM scheduling, and delay analysis.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, AACE, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
