About the PositionAs a Project Scheduler, you will collaborate with project teams to plan, create, update, track, analyze, and report on project schedules, utilizing Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques from proposal through construction. You will work closely with project leaders, trade partners, and clients to build, evaluate, and optimize schedules, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and key objectives. For service projects, you will manage day-to-day operations of the service labor scheduling team, coordinating requests for projects of varying sizes and complexities.

- Collaborate with project teams to develop, maintain, and manage schedules for development, engineering, construction, supply chain, regulatory, and finance activities.
- Aggregate and integrate elements of large, complex projects into master schedules.
- Collect data, build and update schedules, and produce schedule reports.
- Monitor and document weekly and monthly progress, including critical path analysis and schedule narratives.
- Make on-site visits to inspect and review construction progress.
- Assess impacts to critical and near-critical activities, monitor schedule deviations, and prepare progress reports and time/impact analyses.
- Participate in project team meetings to communicate schedule metrics and develop corrective actions.
- Manage service scheduling team operations, ensuring communication, training, and accountability for safety, quality, and process standards.
- Coordinate service schedule management between account management, project management, field operations, and customers.
- Monitor, forecast, and modify labor resources for service projects, ensuring adequate staffing and prompt response to scheduling requests.
- Develop consultative relationships with customers and team members, proactively addressing business issues and resolving problems efficiently.
- Utilize LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operations and processes.
- Promote company mission, vision, and values, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of electrical or low voltage experience in field operations, with a focus on construction and/or service projects.
- Experience managing field technician workflow preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling large, complex projects and coordinating trade partners.
- Strong understanding of critical path methodology and project life cycle.
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and preferably Primavera P6.
- Ability to organize multiple sources of schedule inputs into master schedules and deliver status reports.
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
