• Work on exciting projects involving renewable energy, microgrids, fuel cells, and linear generators.
• Utilize your AutoCAD expertise to understand and create control drawings and designs.
• Engage in fieldwork to oversee the implementation and maintenance of engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Tackle day‑to‑day challenges that arise from the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of complex systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-5 years of work experience in engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and control drawing/design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• California‑based, with a willingness to travel for fieldwork.
• Interest in project management and solving real‑world engineering problems.
