Skywater is partnering with an employee‑owned manufacturer looking for a Manufacturing Engineer II. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between engineering, production, and sales in a close‑knit environment. You’ll troubleshoot issues, streamline manufacturing, and help bring new products to life.
This is a small, collaborative culture with high visibility into engineering projects, improvement projects, sales, and customer satisfaction.
This is an on‑site position with flexible working hours and (some) work from home capabilities on a non‑regular basis.
