Job ObjectiveMCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high‑quality semiconductor products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world:
China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for an Account Manager with 4+ years’ experience in Semiconductor sales who is based in Ohio. Training would be provided.
- Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design‑wins and increase account penetration
- Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers
- Research and develop new customers and new business segments
- Develop account strategy and execute business plan
- Effectively handle customers' issues
- Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)
- Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team
- Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
- Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel
- Education Background/ Major – Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors
- Experience (Must) – 4+ years of work experience in the semiconductor industry
- Knowledge (Ideal) – Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.)
- Knowledge (Ideal) – Familiar with specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products
- Abilities/Qualities – Proficient in using office software
- Abilities/Qualities – Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Abilities/Qualities – Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5
Why and other quality tools - Abilities/Qualities – Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP
- Skills/Certifications – Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills
- Skills/Certifications – Market and customer communication skills
