Job Description
OverviewThe Project Manager/Agile Coach I is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.
Your role- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience with large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects.
