Engineering Project Manager - Paper Converting

• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for project activities and relationship building
• Develop and execute projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments
• Manage project activities in accordance with the schedule and ensure overall execution of work
• Direct and coordinate the engineering design team and subcontractor activities
• Establish project safety plans and ensure compliance with safety policies

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in the paper converting industry
• 3+ years of project management experience utilizing multi-discipline engineering teams
• Proficiency with project management tools for schedule and financial tracking
• Experience in capital project management and leading project scope definition efforts

• 10+ years of experience in the paper converting industry
• Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain within 24 months
• Professional Engineer license
• Prior experience in a consulting environment
• Experience using Primavera P6
