- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
- Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
- Ability to mentor less experienced engineers in applying engineering principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Experience with project management and budgeting
