• Manage highly complex engineering projects and provide technical review and project management support
• Prepare and make decisions for major proposals and contracts
• Develop and deliver client presentations and assist with marketing strategies
• Oversee client contracting and maintain strong internal and external client relationships
• Lead and mentor technical staff while managing project teams effectively

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and mentor others

• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
• Experience in developing business and managing client relationships
• Ability to create, maintain, and communicate project budgets
• Highly organized with strong multi‑tasking skills
