• Manage highly complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for clients
• Prepare major proposals, contracts, and complex engineering reports with practical geotechnical solutions
• Interface with regulatory authorities and oversee client contracting with corporate legal support
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and face-to-face meetings
• Lead, mentor, and manage technical staff while ensuring adherence to safety policies and practices

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members

• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
• Ability to influence others and mentor less experienced engineers
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in interpreting complex technical instructions and developing project budgets
