• Manage highly complex engineering projects and provide technical review and project management support
• Prepare major proposals and contracts, as well as complex engineering reports
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on intricate projects
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and presentations
• Oversee project teams and mentor less experienced engineers

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD is desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
• Ability to influence and mentor direct reports effectively
• Proven track record of successful project management within engineering disciplines
