• Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support across multiple technical disciplines
• Prepare and make decisions for major proposals and contracts, including complex engineering reports
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on intricate projects
• Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships through effective communication and presentations
• Oversee project teams, ensuring efficient management of engineering and field support personnel

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to mentor less experienced engineers

• Experience managing client relationships and developing new business within the engineering sector
• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
• Ability to create and maintain project budgets
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in mentoring and developing technical staff
