Civil Engineering Operations Manager Description We  are looking for a motivated
** Civil Engineering Operations Manager
** to join our remote team in the Philippines. In this role, you will manage the civil engineering online team, create process and workflow management, review and interpret building inspection data, assist in creating detailed reports, and improve workflows over time. This is an excellent opportunity for a well organized engineering manager who has interest in rocket fueling their career while working on projects that directly impact building safety and longevity.

Responsibilities
* Technical and production management:
Overseeing the technical aspects of a project, including presentation planning and control, and ensuring that all processes comply with expectations and quality standards.
* Personnel management:
Managing and coordinating staff, the outputs of the engineering team as well as planning budgets and personnel needs.
* Process and workflow management:
Managing cross-departmental processes, coordinating resources, and working towards continuous improvement of inspection workflows.
* Documentation:
Creating and managing documentation for best practices and recording processes and workflows.
* Support the preparation of architectural and maintenance reports for clients.
* Collaborate with senior engineers, team leaders and the architect presentation team to develop project by project annotation result expectations.
* Ensure all work meets quality and detail standards, leveraging insights from AI analysis.
* Work remotely and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients across time zones.

Qualifications
* A diploma or certificate in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is highly beneficial, such as a Level 4 HNC in General Engineering.
* Hands-on experience:
Several years of practical experience in the construction field is crucial. This includes knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
* Project and drawing interpretation:
The ability to understand and interpret project results and improve the finding over time is fundamental.
* Familiarity with cost estimation, budgeting, and efficient supply chain management is often required.
* Strong interest in facade design, maintenance, and building performance.
* Basic knowledge of building materials, structural principles, and construction methods.
* Proficiency in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with CAD software; exposure to other design or modeling tools is a plus.
* Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
