Description: Hoyle Tanner seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10-15 years in ground transportation engineering. This role involves leading projects from start to finish, mentoring teams, pursuing new projects, and developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Lead transportation engineering projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage resources effectively to meet project goals within scope, budget, and schedule
• Assemble and lead project teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
• Provide excellent client service and technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Maintain high financial performance for the firm
• Foster team engagement and resolve personnel conflicts
• Lead pursuit efforts and develop technical and price proposals
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable
• Develop and monitor quality management plans
• Inform leadership of potential claims or risks and collaborate on resolutions
• Mentor and coach other project managers

• BS or MS degree (preferred)
• PE License in one or more New England States
• 15+ years of engineering or planning experience with leadership roles
• At least 5 years as a project manager
• Strong communication, financial, scheduling, and client management skills
