HDR is seeking qualified individuals to provide project, geographic, and technical leadership in our dam, levee, and flood resilience programs. We are ranked highly in the US by ENR for Dams, Reservoirs, and Hydropower. Our programs aim to enhance community resilience, sustainability, and safety by upgrading and rebuilding water infrastructure to adapt to climate change, support renewable energy, and meet water needs.

We are looking for civil, structural, geotechnical, and hydraulic engineers to serve as engineers of record, group managers, and technical practice leaders, especially those with expertise in failure mode analysis. HDR offers flexible work environments, including relocation opportunities and remote work, across over 200 US locations.
