What You'll Be DoingYou'll handle structural analysis, design, and detailing of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems. You'll collaborate with clients, plan and organize engineering programs, and lead project teams. You'll design structural systems across various building types using multiple codes, mentor junior engineers, and oversee the preparation of drawings and specifications.
Your RoleAs a Project Engineer, you’ll contribute to medium and large-scale projects including new terminals, concourses, hangars, and support facilities. You’ll also work on cultural institutions, office and residential buildings, healthcare and research facilities, and tenant renovations. You’ll help drive the direction, coordination, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
Responsibilities- Design steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel systems.
- Learn and apply cold-formed steel framing design.
- Assist in preparing technical specifications.
- Conduct occasional job site visits
- Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate designs.
- 3+ years of structural design experience.
- Strong command of structural analysis tools, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- EIT or PE license (or on track to obtain).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Highly competitive base salary + bonus (7-9%) + ownership track.
