Our stormwater services are designed to improve resiliency, sustainability, and safety of communities as stormwater systems are upgraded to adapt to a changing climate and local challenges.

HDR’s planners, engineers and utility management experts lead the way to solve our toughest water infrastructure problems. We are seeking Design Professionals, Program Leaders, and Technical Analysts to serve engineers of record, technical practice leaders, client advisors and group managers with expertise and interest in working on complex stormwater infrastructure and management projects.

• Provide project, geographic and technical leadership in HDR’s stormwater management programs.
• Serve as design professionals, program leaders and technical analysts to support engineers of record, technical practice leaders, client advisors and group managers on complex stormwater projects.
• Collaborate with HDR teams across locations and adapt to relocation or remote work as needed.
• Contribute to planning, hydraulic and hydrology, construction and related aspects of stormwater infrastructure and management projects.

• Experience in stormwater design, planning and water resources, including hydraulic and hydrology and construction.
• Ability to lead and collaborate on complex projects and teams.
• Willingness to relocate or be contacted about opportunities near you; HDR operates 200+ locations and supports remote work.
• Strong communication and client advisory skills; ability to work with engineers of record and technical leaders.
