• Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus Incentives

• Skilled in Tridium Niagara Framework (AX/N4) programming, graphics, and system integration
• PLUS (optional):
  Experience working with Honeywell Spyder programming tools
• Background in building automation, HVAC controls, or DDC programming
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support multiple remote projects simultaneously

• Program, configure, and validate Tridium Niagara (AX/N4) applications in a remote environment
• Integrate BACnet, Modbus, Lon Works, and TCP/IP communication networks
• Create dashboards, graphics packages, equipment views, and user interface layouts
• Develop and adjust control sequences, logic blocks, and alarm strategies
• Support remote commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation systems
• Work with field teams and project managers to ensure system accuracy and alignment
• Review engineering drawings, point lists, and submittals
• Conduct software validation and quality checks before system deployment
• Prepare documentation, backups, and client‑ready deliverables
• Follow programming standards, cybersecurity practices, and company guidelines

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Tridium Niagara (AX or N4)
• Strong understanding of HVAC control systems, networking, and system architecture
• Proficiency with BACnet and Modbus integration
• Ability to work independently using remote collaboration tools
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving abilities

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 (Depending on Experience)
