The Robotics Operation and Integration team is a part of the Soft Serve Robotics Group, specializing in developing and smoothly integrating robotic systems on the edge devices as well as on the Cloud. We are looking for a Lead Robotics Validation Engineer to define, design, and execute comprehensive validation frameworks for advanced robotic systems that span hardware, software, and cloud integration.

You will lead the end-to-end testing and validation lifecycle — ensuring performance, reliability, and safety across robotic platforms such as mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones.

• Qualified with a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledgeable in robotics principles, control systems, and algorithms
• Experienced in software testing and QA methodologies for embedded and robotic systems
• Familiar with programming in C++, Python, and ROS / ROS2
• Skilled in robotics simulation tools such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, Webots, or equivalent
• Familiar with SLAM, localization, mapping, path planning, and sensor fusion using LiDAR, IMU, Visual, Odometry, Radar, or GPS
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capable of collaborating across hardware, software, and cloud domains
• Experienced with hardware validation tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analysers
• Familiar with HIL/SIL testing frameworks and cloud-based robotics management systems
• Understanding containerized and distributed simulation using Docker or Kubernetes
• Experienced in integrating test automation into CI/CD systems such as Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Git Lab CI
• Knowledgeable in data visualization and analytics tools like Grafana, Plot Juggler, or custom dashboards

• Design and develop solutions for diverse robotic platforms (humanoids, mobile robots, robotic arms, drones)
• Build and validate rapid prototypes as well as production‑ready robotics solutions
• Test robotics systems both in simulation and real‑world environments
• Integrate robots with cloud services
• Design automated robotic systems to increase efficiency, precision, and reliability in industrial applications
• Research and experiment with the latest trends in navigation, sensing, decision‑making, and modern robotic mechanisms
• Collaborate across hardware, software, and cloud teams to define system validation metrics and improve product reliability
