This is a full-time hybrid role for an Industrial Hygienist Consulting Specialist, based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and evaluations of indoor air quality, occupational health risks, and environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance for a variety of settings. The specialist will be expected to develop reports, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and government regulations.

Collaborative teamwork, client interactions, and fieldwork are key components of this role.

• Strong expertise in indoor air quality and air quality management
• Knowledge of environmental health and occupational health principles
• Experience with environmental health and safety (EHS) programs and compliance requirements
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical recommendations for environmental and industrial hygiene challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field
• Certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are highly beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaborations and client interactions
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and travel locally as needed
