Electrical Engineer
Join ATI, Inc. to contribute to the renovation of biomedical research laboratories at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, Maryland.
Responsibilities- Electrical system design for biomedical laboratories.
- Project management and construction administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes such as NFPA, NEC, and IBC.
- Perform lighting and power calculations, fill panel schedules, motor circuit sizing, and fire alarm system design.
- Use AutoCAD and REVIT for electrical design.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Secure NIH clearance in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline, OR 10+ years of experience with electrical systems and design.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an architecture, engineering, and/or construction environment.
- Experience in medical or laboratory electrical design is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Solid knowledge of NFPA, NEC, and IBC codes.
- Ability to work remotely two days per week.
- Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
