Gas Service Engineer - Home based (West Coast)

Calor Gas Ltd, UK’s leading LPG supplier, is seeking an engaging and proactive Gas Service Engineer to provide engineering services and emergency response to customers in the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining Calor’s bulk tanks and assets at customer sites.
• Traveling as required (van and fuel provided) to meet service standards for a largely rural customer base.
• Participating in a standby rota to respond to gas emergencies outside normal working hours (additional rates of pay apply).

Qualifications

• ACS Gas Qualified.
• Experience dealing with customers and providing excellent customer care.
• Relevant gas engineering experience, preferably knowledge of LPG installation/maintenance of bulk tanks and cylinders.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards, including Health and Safety awareness.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• Full UK driving licence (manual).
