What We Look For- A passion for infrastructure and improving the built environment
- A team-first attitude and collaborative mindset
- Creative problem-solving and engineering innovation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A desire to grow and learn within a supportive, mission-driven team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- EIT or PE license (or on track to obtain)
- Experience with infrastructure projects (DOT, municipal, federal, etc.)
- Familiarity with engineering software such as Micro Station, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or structural analysis tools
- Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply
