This position will include project management and design responsibilities for various civil engineering projects including but not limited to site development, stormwater management, wastewater systems, potable water systems, and transportation.

• Design Innovative Infrastructure
  :
  This position will include project management and design responsibilities for various civil engineering projects including but not limited to site development, stormwater management, wastewater systems, potable water systems, and transportation
• Project Management
  :
  Take ownership of your projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Mentor and direct staff on technical assignments, and reviewing technical work completed by engineers under supervision.
• Creative Problem‑Solving
  :
  Tackle engineering challenges head‑on by developing unique, practical, and efficient solutions that push the boundaries of traditional civil engineering.
• Client Engagement
  :
  Present your innovative ideas to clients and stakeholders, communicate progress, and ensure that project goals align with client expectations and needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is a plus).
• EIT Certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
• Strong organizational and communications skills
• Experience with engineering consulting
• Experience with local, state, and federal regulatory permitting processes
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software
• Familiarity with common civil engineering design software
• Demonstrated ability to work on projects from conceptual design through construction
• Outstanding written and verbal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel to project locations typically within a 200‑mile radius.
