• Lead BIM coordination for multiple projects, ensuring models are accurate, complete, and fully integrated.
• Manage BIM deliverables, schedules, and documentation from start to finish.
• Mentor and develop BIM team members and trade partners.
• Represent DOME in industry forums and client engagements.
• Drive process improvements and champion innovation across workflows.

• Proven experience in BIM/VDC coordination on commercial construction projects.
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, iConstruct, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A leader who thrives on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• 5+ years in BIM/VDC roles within a general contractor or construction management environment.
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling, laser scanning, and layout integration.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore BIM, and advanced BIM workflows.
• Participation in BIM/VDC forums or industry events.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range $123,000—$138,000 USD
