• Implement project management procedures for data center projects in collaboration with leadership
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and team assembly
• Provide technical leadership on civil site projects, including grading, drainage, and utility plans
• Ensure quality program execution and oversee construction administration activities
• Mentor team members and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil site/land development/project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration
• Strong design and technical credibility
• Excellent oral, written, and graphical communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong teambuilding and collaboration skills
