Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. The final offer depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors.

• Join the Advanced Manufacturing group as a Senior Civil Engineer, conceptualizing initial civil design for land/site development, preparing grading plans, and performing earthwork and drainage/stormwater calculations.
• Provide schedule and technical quality oversight for challenging engineering tasks; align with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead multi-discipline, highly interactive teams to deliver site development, grading plans, and related civil designs.
• Perform site development and master planning, site selection, underground utility routing, and space planning.
• Conduct hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems; analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems.
• Prepare final grading plans including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing; develop erosion and sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans; support permit approval.
• Research and adhere to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction in various areas.
• Model and analyze stormwater using software tools (e.g., Storm
  
  CAD, Civil Storm) and ensure compliance with project standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including extensive related project work within medium to large-scale industrial developments.
• Strong working knowledge of site development and civil design for industrial facilities; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and learn quickly to broaden knowledge base.

• PE certification.
• Bluebeam experience.
• Experience using Navisworks.
