Sr Civil (Design) Engineer (Data Centers) – Jacobs

• Conceptualize initial civil design for land/site development.
• Prepare grading plans including cut‑and‑fill analysis and earthwork balancing.
• Perform hydrology analysis for storm drain systems and design of gravitational wastewater systems.
• Develop erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approvals.
• Research local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements and adhere to design and construction standards.
• Model stormwater using software such as Storm
  
  CAD and Civil Storm.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedule and technical quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Eight or more years of engineering experience, including extensive project experience.
• Strong working knowledge in analyzing and designing medium to large‑scale industrial developments.
• Demonstrated proficiency with all design modules of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Quick learner and driven to broaden knowledge base.

• PE certification.
• Bluebeam experience.
• Experience using Navisworks.
