The base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

As a Project Manager in Omaha, NE, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex problems and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

You’ll also provide motivation and direction to project teams and benefit from mentorship opportunities to help you and your team thrive.

Work with cross-functional teams to support fast-paced environments and contribute to the success of projects in the industrial and commercial sectors.

• Develop and deliver on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, architectural design, and construction management teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 4+ years of experience managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities
• Experience as a Project Manager on Advanced Technology, Semiconductor, and Data Center Projects

• Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE)
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field
