Responsibilities- Lead civil design for land/site development in Advanced Manufacturing projects, including conceptualizing initial civil design, preparing grading plans, and performing earthwork and drainage/stormwater calculations.
- Be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, while aligning with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
- Conduct multi-discipline work within a team to conceptualize civil design, site development, subdivision planning, grading, and related analyses.
- Provide erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater management plans, and support permit approvals; research and adhere to AHJ requirements for design and construction in the applicable area.
- Perform hydrology analyses and design responsibilities for stormwater and wastewater systems as part of project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of engineering experience with medium to large-scale industrial developments
- Strong working knowledge of analyzing and designing all aspects of such developments
- Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams; quick learner
- PE certification
- Bluebeam experience
- Navisworks experience
