Bala Consulting Engineers is a dynamic, growth‑oriented engineering firm headquartered near Philadelphia with offices throughout the Northeast. We are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Engineer to join our Baltimore office. The role involves all phases of building design, including construction administration and commissioning, and requires experience managing and executing multiple projects in Revit and AutoCAD.

• 0–2 years of Mechanical Engineering experience (MEP)
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• EIT with goals to obtain a Professional Engineer License (PE)
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards
• Excellent technical, presentation, and client interface skills
• Experience in proposal development
