Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager Wind - O&M (Operations & Maintenance) located in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of wind power plants, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include developing and managing O&M schedules, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role offers flexibility with some work-from-home opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of operations and maintenance of wind turbines and related equipment
Project management, team leadership, and operational planning skills
Analytical skills, including performance analysis and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance policies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with data analysis and maintenance management software
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field
Previous experience in wind energy or renewable energy industry is an advantage
