• Conduct operations with a high level of safety conformity in accordance with industry best practices
• Complete data collection focused on internal inspections of wind turbine blades and other energy infrastructure
• Support Operations in the successful completion of data capture across multiple verticals
• Provide detailed feedback to product and engineering teams on technology
• Travel to and from remote job sites throughout the United States

• History of handling internal inspections of wind turbines and their blades
• Experienced with complex data capture techniques
• Holds Global Wind Organization training certifications or willingness to complete courses
• Comfortable with 75% domestic travel in support of operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or willingness to obtain one after hire
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting rigid deadlines
• Experience implementing and managing client Scope of Work (SOW) objectives
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals to reach consensus
• Willingness to work at heights and in outside environments year-round
