What kinds of roles are available?

We offer a wide range of seasonal and permanent positions. On-course roles include teaching, mentoring, and operations teams based in Oxford, Cambridge, and Harrow during the summer. Our year-round office and remote positions support marketing, admissions, logistics, and course development — all essential to creating our world-class learning experiences.

When and how can I apply?

Most summer roles open between autumn and early spring for the following year. Office and remote positions are advertised year-round. Simply browse current openings above and apply online — or register your interest if there aren’t roles available in your area yet.

Where will I work?

Depending on your role, you could join us on-site at one of our summer locations — Oxford, Cambridge, or Harrow — or work from our Oxford head office or remotely. On-course staff live and work within historic college settings, while office and remote teams collaborate throughout the year to make each summer a success.

What training and support will I receive?

Every team member completes safeguarding and role-specific training before courses begin. On-course staff receive full induction and ongoing guidance from experienced managers throughout the summer. Office and remote staff benefit from a culture of collaboration and professional development opportunities designed to help you grow and succeed.

Choose from over 40 subjects taught through flexible, age-appropriate programmes. Our tutors adapt their teaching methodologies to different age groups and shape course content around students’ interests, rather than following a fixed curriculum.
