This is accomplished through AI-powered tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and a fundamental reimagining of traditional classroom design. The outcomes speak for themselves. We now require a leader capable of orchestrating execution across varied school environments, elevating academic standards, and serving as the public advocate for a movement rooted in robust learning science.

This position is not one of theoretical inquiry. It is an executive mandate. You will be accountable for academic strategy in execution, establish unambiguous performance standards, diagnose operational shortfalls, and mentor high-performing teams toward concrete results. You will convert our scientific principles into disciplined operations and articulate the rationale for this model on a global stage.

• Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science principles into actionable directives for curriculum architecture, motivational design, and application interfaces.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to verify alignment, enforce accountability, and confirm delivery of expected outcomes across school teams.
• Synthesizing insights from data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted interventions.
• Ensuring strategic coherence through disciplined planning, systematic feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high-profile forums, including keynote presentations and discussions with Ministries of Education, to influence global perspectives on educational transformation.

• Engaging in fragmented curriculum initiatives that fail to produce systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational execution.
• Transferring accountability for performance to mid-level managers or external advisors.
• Depending on institutional prestige or conceptual arguments to convince doubtful stakeholders.

Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by harmonizing execution across multiple schools, advancing leadership excellence, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public representative of a movement founded on rigorous scientific evidence and demonstrated results.

• Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, leading a team of staff/employees (not an informal peer leader role, such as grade-level lead); you must have been responsible for hiring, monitoring performance, coaching, and making termination decisions
• Experience driving learning outcomes for students and upholding student performance standards
• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to improve education, such as through personalized learning, adaptive learning, AI agents, etc.
• Experience managing academic teams of 50+ people (e.g., the teams you managed directly executed curriculum, instruction, or assessment)
• Experience interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders in a professional setting
