• Lead dynamic tutoring sessions for students in high school English, social sciences, and foreign languages (90%)
• Share educational progress with students and families (5%)
• Paid session planning and preparation (5%)
• Part-time: 12-hour delivery target with 16 hours of availability or 20-hour delivery target with 24 hours of availability, including evenings and weekends
• Pay: $20 per hour for instruction time (tutoring); prep and training time compensated at $10 per hour or your local minimum wage (whichever is higher)

• Completed Bachelor's degree; additional qualifications a plus
• Minimum of one year teaching or tutoring experience
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and current residence required
• Demonstrate the ability to support various humanities subjects by earning a 90% or better on at least three subject assessments
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet, professional space; technology kit provided if needed (webcam, headset, ring light, green screen, annotation tablet)
• The ability to commit to the same hours of availability week-on-week during weekday afternoons/evenings and at least 8 hours of weekends
• Commit to a minimum of one year of employment

• Part-time: 12+ hours per week (16+ hours per week or 20+ hours per week or 24+ hours per week options)
• Delivery target and availability must be posted in 4+ hour chunks within primetime blocks; at least 8 weekend hours required
• Seasonal hours vary by:
  Monday–Thursday, Saturday, Sunday;
  School Year and Summer time frames apply with specific time windows (Eastern Time)
