Salary: $20/hr, part‑time/full‑time with paid training, mileage reimbursement and KPI opportunities.

Soccer Shots is a weekly soccer program for children 2‑10 years old focused on character development. We are looking for enthusiastic coaches to positively impact children on and off the field through best‑in‑class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Our ready‑to‑use curricula allows you to focus on making class fun for our young athletes without worrying about what to teach.
Sessions are taught in daycare, preschools, elementary schools, and parks throughout the week. Themed sessions run 30‑55 minutes, focusing on age‑appropriate skill‑building and character development. We provide training, coaching equipment, and all curriculum materials.
We are prioritizing hiring coaches available for multiple sessions throughout the week.
Essential Qualities- Availability:
Monday‑Friday weekdays and Saturdays. - Ability to commit to at least one year with us.
- Enjoy teaching young children; make sessions the best 30‑45 minutes of each child’s week.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Background check cleared, including Child Abuse History Clearance.
- TB test results (provide documentation).
- Experience working with children.
- CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain certification.
- Previous teaching or education/coaching experience (preferably with children ages 2‑10).
- $20.00 per hour.
- $22.00 per hour for individuals with 12 credits of Early Childhood Education Units.
- Comprehensive training program that includes certification in developmentally appropriate coaching techniques.
- Routine evaluations and ongoing training.
- Selection process evaluates ability to coach soccer and to engage and inspire children.
- Must be an excellent communicator with children, parents, partners, and team members.
- Understand importance of timely and responsive communication.
- Expert‑approved, developmentally appropriate curriculum emphasizing character development and skill building.
- Created under guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and licensed coaches.
- Curriculum is regularly updated to align with early childhood education standards.
