We are excited to welcome a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our growing company. In this role, you will help write and develop proposals, communicate directly with owners and clients, and support a wide range of marketing activities. You will also assist with social media content, help maintain our website and marketing materials, and provide graphic design support for various marketing needs.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable collaborating directly with our Director of Marketing, Principals, project managers, technical staff, and external partners to strengthen H2

Engineering’s presence and outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare proposals and qualification packages by reviewing RFPs for requirements, developing outlines, gathering and organizing content, formatting and proofreading materials, and producing clear, high‑quality submissions.
  • Organize, write, and maintain materials that support proposals and qualification packages, including resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate content, and related information.
  • Collaborate with principals and technical staff to develop proposal and collateral materials.
  • Create presentations and graphic materials for interviews, conferences, and events.
  • Coordinate with consultants for proposal and qualification information.
  • Coordinate with team members to create and maintain website and content.
  • Maintain the project job list for accuracy and current data.
  • Coordinate with team members to create social media content and support with images, graphics, and project descriptions.
  • Develop and enforce the use of company branding and materials, including logos, templates, color palettes, fonts, etc.
  • Maintain projects, events, and social media photography database. Coordinate photoshoots with architects and clients. Take jobsite or event photos when necessary and edit them as needed.
  • Manage and maintain the proposal and marketing file structure.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events and conferences.
  • Provide graphic design and coordinate the production of collateral materials, including brochures, ads, jobsite banners, and qualification packages.
  • Develop and procure promotional items and giveaways.
  • Review websites and search engines for architecture and engineering RFPs, RFQs, shortlist, and award notifications.
  • Attend and participate in regularly scheduled training courses to build marketing, writing, and communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or related degree, and 2 years’ experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the AEC industry will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, and photography.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • H1B Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Location

This is a remote, full-time position with standard office hours. Candidates must be located in Tallahassee, Florida, or the surrounding area.
