IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a hybrid role that requires physical presence in Arizona.
What if you were responsible for keeping students engaged, motivated, and eager to participate—without delivering academic instruction, creating assessments, or managing coursework?
This position is designed for individuals who excel at connecting with young people and thrive in dynamic environments. At Unbound Academy’s entirely virtual, no-cost charter school model, learners progress rapidly through core academics via AI-powered tools, then transition into live, interactive workshops emphasizing life skills, teamwork, and self-assurance. Your role centers on ensuring these experiences run seamlessly and resonate positively with students.
You’ll serve as the operational backbone of the student experience. You’ll facilitate smooth transitions, guide small-group activities, maintain high energy levels, and intervene when learners require motivation or direction. Content instruction won’t be your responsibility—but the student experience depends entirely on your presence.
If you’ve guided youth through camps, supplemental programs, athletics, academic support, or community organizations—and a hybrid position combining virtual engagement with in-person collaboration appeals to you—this is an opportunity to restore the human element to education.
What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating live virtual workshop experiences by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, monitoring pacing, and ensuring smooth group dynamics
- Promoting student participation via chat interactions, verbal recognition, gentle prompts, and individual student touchpoints
- Supporting learners to remain engaged, confident, and socially connected across the learning day
- Providing operational and logistical assistance to lead educators to maintain session continuity
- Serving as a reliable, approachable presence within student clubs and life-skills programming
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter content
- Developing lesson plans, evaluating assignments, or conducting academic assessments

- Student-centered, energizing presence with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage smooth transitions
- Willing to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm U.S. Mountain Time (UTC-7)
