The Learning & Development Intern will help Glow Up ACS design and deliver professional development programs that support students, interns, and community partners. You’ll assist in creating learning materials, coordinating workshops, and improving internal training systems that help team members grow their skills and confidence.

This internship is ideal for individuals interested in education, instructional design, training, or human development
, and who enjoy helping others learn and succeed. You’ll gain real-world experience in curriculum design, digital learning, and program coordination within a creative, mission-driven organization.

This internship is unpaid

• Minimum commitment:
  20 hours/week with flexible scheduling.

• Assist in planning and delivering internal learning sessions and skill-building workshops.
• Help develop or update digital learning materials, guides, and templates.
• Research best practices in learning design, mentorship, and workforce development.
• Support tracking and evaluation of learning outcomes to improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and communications teams to integrate training into onboarding and intern development.
• Contribute to a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning culture across the organization.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in human resources or professional development.
• Reliable computer, Wi‑Fi, and webcam/microphone for remote collaboration.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
