Our team:The English Language Learning (ELL) team partners closely with educational institutions to transform teaching and learning experiences. We work at the intersection of pedagogy, technology, and innovation — supporting educators, influencing outcomes, and driving meaningful adoption of learning solutions.
About the Role:We are looking for an Advanced Specialist, Education Specialist to join our ELL team. As an Education Specialist within the Sales career architecture, you will support institutions by deploying courseware and ELL solutions, leading high‑impact academic workshops, and addressing complex academic and product‑related questions.
In this role, you will take ownership of sophisticated client engagements, act as a trusted academic and technical advisor, and mentor peers — contributing not only to client success, but also to the continuous development of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy ELL courseware and learning solutions at client sites, adapting approaches to complex institutional needs.
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive workshops for teachers and academic staff, maximising product impact and adoption.
- Address academic objections and provide expert guidance, drawing on deep technical and product knowledge.
- Support and mentor peers and newer team members, sharing best practices and strengthening overall team capability.
- Strong capability in account management, customer service, outbound sales skills, and sales intelligence, combined with a driven, results‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage strong business relationships.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, paired with learning agility and adaptability in fast‑changing environments.
- Solid technical acumen and product knowledge relevant to English Language Learning solutions, including the practical application of artificial intelligence in learning or business contexts.
- Proven ability and willingness to mentor peers, share best practices, and actively support the professional development of others.
